01. Acceptance and Changes
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. We may update them at any time by posting a
revised version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
02. Eligibility and Children’s Use
- The Service is designed for educational use by children aged 4 and above.
- If you are under 13 (or a higher age threshold where required by law), your parent or guardian must review
and consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on your behalf. - Because the Service uses the microphone for phonics and reading exercises, children under 13 may only
access audio features with verifiable parental consent. - We do not use children’s data for advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by children under 13.
03. Account Registration and Termination
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to safeguard your credentials. You may
close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
04. User Obligations and Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes.
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the Service.
- Access another user’s account without permission.
- Use automated scripts or bots to extract data.
05. Intellectual Property
All content and software belong to Heet Dating or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal,
non-commercial license to use the Service.
06. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play only. Refunds are handled
exclusively by Apple and Google under their respective store policies. Heet Dating does not directly issue
refunds. Unless required by applicable law or store policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
07. Modifications and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
08. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the greater of USD
$50 or the amount paid in the last 12 months. We do not disclaim liability where prohibited by law,
including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or child safety obligations.
09. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Heet Dating and its affiliates against claims arising from misuse of the Service or
violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by Texas law, USA.
For EU/UK users: nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights. Disputes will be resolved in Harris
County, Texas, courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
11. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services linked within the app.
